The b2b.store engagement module can be used in conjunction with the b2b.store eCommerce platform, or it can be integrated to your existing eCommerce environment. The ability to send notifications to your users is at the centre of our engagement module. The notifications can be configured to include a high-quality image (a product image for example), animation or even video. A "Call to Action" can be associated with the notification such as "Add to Basket" and a product or a list of products can be linked to the notification too, meaning your customers can immediately purchase the product you are promoting.
Notifications you send will arrive in the messaging centre that is accessible in your b2b.store eCommerce module, or embedded to your own eCommerce platform. In-app messaging and Push Notifications are currently supported and we will soon be launching SMS, email and WhatsApp messaging too.
