The simplest integration is where the b2b.store platform receives a CSV format spreadsheet outlining user and product information. This file can be sent over at a frequency of your choosing and the more frequently it is sent, the more up-to-date the information will be within the platform. A CSV file transfer integration can also deliver some relatively sophisticated functionality such as tailored customer pricing or custom fulfilment options.


We also have a public-facing API for customers who require a more sophisticated integration. This approach can deliver an enhanced user experience compared to the CSV option and might be adopted to show live stock levels or for orders to be automatically processed into your ERP.
