B2B WhatsApp named as finalist in Technology Initiative of the Year category

b2b.store has been shortlisted as a finalist in the 2024 Grocer Gold Awards’ Technology Initiative of the Year category for our B2B WhatsApp Business Platform.

Our WhatsApp marketing and communications solution that is used by the likes of Bestway and Sugro was named on a five-company shortlist for the illustrious industry awards, with the winner set to be announced on Tuesday 2nd July at Royal Albert Hall in London.

Our B2B WhatsApp Business Platform has gone from strength to strength since it was launched in early 2023, with clients leveraging the high open and engagement rates the service offers to send out marketing and promotional messages to their target audience.

This development spawned the creation of our ProConnect Platform, which includes a series of exclusive features tailored to communicating with WhatsApp in the B2B space.

As word has spread about the effect B2B WhatsApp has had on the companies that used it, other businesses from across the sector have entered discussions with us to come up with new ways for the technology to help them achieve their goals – and there is a host of exciting projects in the pipeline for later in 2024.
