b2b.store launches its own WhatsApp channel

New channel to send new ProConnect features and industry AI insight straight to your phone

People working in B2B can now access the latest AI technology updates directly to their phones, after b2b.store launched its own WhatsApp channel.

The B2B digital solutions provider has set up the ProConnect WhatsApp channel to work alongside its industry-leading B2B engagement platform of the same name.

The new channel will message users with news about a host of related topics, including:

  • New ProConnect features (and how to use them)
  • Practical AI examples for wholesalers and suppliers
  • Short tactics to improve conversion and revenue
  • All the knowledge to be an expert on B2B technologies

A number of b2b.store contacts have already been added to the channel, but others can also opt-in for free by registering on the join page.

Short messages will be sent regularly to keep people informed in digestible bites of information and will appear on the main chat page, just as any other message does.

Because it uses b2b.store’s WhatsApp Business API functionality on ProConnect, the channel will also include more interactive WhatsApp messages, allowing people to experience the more powerful functionality available in premium WhatsApp models.
